1. Services
Our services include one-on-one coaching, group workshops and tailored leadership sessions. Scheduling is confirmed upon payment of the applicable fee.
1.1 Coaching Services
Coaching sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. You may reschedule a session if you provide notice at least 24 hours in advance. Due to the bespoke nature of coaching, fees for sessions are non-refundable. This policy ensures dedicated preparation and resource allocation for each client.
2. Information Products
Information products such as digital courses and e-books are delivered electronically. If you have not accessed more than one module within 14 days of purchase, you may request a refund by contacting us via contact form. Approved refunds will be issued within seven business days of approval.
3. Goods
Physical goods such as branded materials are shipped within five business days. You may request a refund or interaction within 30 days of shipment if items remain in original condition. Approved reimbursements for eligible items will be processed within ten business days after item inspection.
4. Refund Procedures
To request any refund, please submit a detailed request through our contact form. We will acknowledge your request within five business days. If eligible, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within seven business days of approval. No refunds are available after service completion, digital access beyond the trial period or final shipment of goods.
5. Schedule Changes
If you need to adjust the schedule for any service, please provide notice as specified above. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be arranged through contact form.
6. Changes to Terms
Exec Paragon reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Last updated: 2026.
